In Short

• Independent acquisition of new locations according to the expansion strategy
• Assessment and evaluation of revenue potential for potential new locations
• Conducting technical and economic preliminary examinations as well as creating risk analyses
• Independent management of contract negotiations
• Communication with consultants, project participants, and authorities
• Interface function to essential departments within and outside the organization
• Management of the existing portfolio including contract extensions and renegotiations

Requirements

• Completed training in real estate management or business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in real estate/project development
• Very good handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Very good understanding of business and technical contexts, as well as project management
• High degree of initiative, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as a structured way of working
• Fluent in German and very good English skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Austria (driver's license class B)
