Overview

As a Technology Build Professional at McDonald's, you will work with the Build team to implement technology solutions for the Austrian market, enhancing the customer experience through innovative technology.

In Short

• Implement and develop McDonald's technology solutions
• Provide documentation and handover to the Technology Run Team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and service improvements
• Coordinate internal and external resources
• Provide 4th-level support for McDonald's technologies
• Ensure compliance with company and IT policies
• Work with Microsoft OS Stack (Server & Client OS)
• Understand MS Active Directory fundamentals
• Manage networking technologies (components, subnets, firewall rules, routing, etc.)
• Automate tasks through programming/scripting

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent education
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills to convey technical information clearly
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in various IT projects
• Broad knowledge base and willingness to learn
• Very good German and English skills
