Electric & Control Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for our Electric and Control Lead M/F/X for our Greenfield Project in Germany. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical and control systems within the facility are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned in compliance with the project’s requirements and regulatory standards.

In Short

• Lead design, review, and approval of electrical distribution systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align electrical systems with production requirements.
• Integrate control systems with operational requirements.
• Oversee installation of electrical wiring and control systems.
• Lead commissioning and start-up activities for electrical systems.
• Manage overall power distribution system of the plant.
• Ensure accurate instrumentation for process monitoring.
• Establish maintenance procedures for reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Expert in designing and managing high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems.
• Experience with power distribution systems.
• Proficient in instrumentation and process control systems.
• Familiar with industrial communication protocols.
• Knowledgeable of energy-efficient technologies.
• Ability to analyze system performance for optimization.
• Critical thinking skills for resolving technical issues.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
