Content Editing and Creation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented content professional to create and/or transform incoming ideas, photos, videos, and announcement assets into accurate, usable content across multiple discovery surfaces to support AI, LLM, and other forms of AI-based brand discovery as well as represent superb and engaging human-facing content.

In Short

• Transform source content from various college departments or students into multiple digital formats.
• Create content that meets the needs of the college’s AIO-GEO ecosystem.
• Work with the social media team to finalize posts and videos.
• Edit written posts for clarity, tone, and correctness.
• Evaluate content appropriateness for specific platforms.
• Prepare content for environments influenced by automated systems.
• Review social media content for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Collaborate in real-time during standard business hours.
• Flag content issues without redefining messaging.

Requirements

• Exceptional written English and editorial judgment.
• Strong understanding of content rules and constraints.
• Ability to evaluate content and surface its best value.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs).
