Intern Assistant Project Manager - Events - Remote

Overview

As an intern in the Transformation of Customer Experience team, you will join Clémence's team and participate in organizing premium events for clients and training workshops for internal collaborators.

In Short

• Participate in the design and follow-up of the deployment schedule for various events throughout the year.
• Execute, coordinate, and follow up on events with various stakeholders.
• Contribute to reporting activities with different interlocutors.
• Collaborate on post-event communication actions with the Communication and Marketing service.
• 6-month internship from March 2025 to August 2025.
• Possible start date from March 3, 2025.

Requirements

• Education in Business School, Engineering, or University (Bac +5).
• Final year student with ideally a first 6-month internship experience in event management.
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit with a taste for challenge and business.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of service.
• Detail-oriented with a true aesthetic sensitivity.
• Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
• Creative and able to propose innovative content.
