Overview

Maven is the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families on a mission to make healthcare work for all of us. We provide clinical, emotional, and financial support all in one platform, spanning fertility & family building, maternity & newborn care, parenting & pediatrics, and menopause.

In Short

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via video consults and messaging.
• Assist with birth planning, pregnancy questions, and postpartum support.
• Capture documentation in practice management system.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery team for member needs.
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model.
• Must hold relevant certifications and be fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Must reside in Brazil and provide care for 5 hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years in telehealth required.
• Must own an iOS device and have reliable internet access.
• Opportunity to connect with a global member base.

Requirements

• Certification from DONA or CAPPA, or equivalent training.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Residency in Brazil.
• Independent contractor role with 5 hours of care per week.
• 3+ years in telehealth experience.
• Comfort with digital health platforms.
• Technology requirements include an updated iOS device and reliable internet.
