Junior Backend Developer (Node.js) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for skillful Backend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of commercial experience with Node.js.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript (ES 2018+) and OOP concepts.
• Experience with a Node.js backend framework (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).
• Familiarity with SQL databases and ORM tools.
• English level B2 and Polish level C1 for effective communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork.
• Open-mindedness to new ideas and feedback.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
