As a Business Analyst at Masabi, you will play a crucial role in driving the fare payment revolution, collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into user-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech-led environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills for breaking down complex requirements.
• Confident in working with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts.
• Experience in mobility, transit, or payments is a bonus.
