Overview

The Regional Success Navigator will play a critical role in providing support to participants in the Talent Together program, ensuring they can navigate the complexities of teacher certification and higher education.

In Short

• Support participants in achieving their educational and certification goals.
• Promote successful habits and routines for program completion.
• Build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Design and implement support systems for participants.
• Facilitate virtual presentations and meetings.
• Monitor progress and develop intervention plans for at-risk candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to support candidates.
• Maintain records for federal and state programs.
• Adapt to a feedback-rich culture and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in education or higher education roles.
• Experience supporting first generation or non-traditional students.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and virtual tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Michigan teacher certification is preferred.
• Experience in school district roles is preferred.
