Software Engineer II - AI Technology for Internal Productivity - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented Software Developer with a focus on Developer Productivity and GenAI Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow in Gen-AI, can learn and pick up new technologies at an amazing speed. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing GenAI applications to enhance developer productivity. You are hungry, smart and have a humble attitude, you are a great team player.

In Short

• Develop high-quality software to improve developer productivity using the latest GenAI technologies.
• Implement AI-powered applications to support important and high-impact business use cases to promote efficiency and productivity.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Review and debug code to ensure the creation of high-quality, robust software.
• Perform validation and verification testing to ensure software performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve products.
• Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and apply them to improve developer productivity and GenAI applications.

Requirements

• Familiarity with AWS services such as: CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Lambda, and Step Functions, Q developer and Bedrock.
• Experience and/or familiarity in software delivery pipelines and CI/CD systems.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
• Familiarity with Terraform, IaC, Helm charts.
• A passion for software security and code quality, Github, Copilot experience.
• Communication skills - including the ability to listen to the needs of others and comprehend complex matters, articulate issues in a clear and concise manner, and present effectively in both oral and written presentations.
• Team-oriented approach – can effectively participate as an effective team member as well as work cross-functionally with other organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude, attention to detail.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
