Senior QA Engineer - IAM - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for managing all activities related to planning, documenting, and system testing within Workforce Identity Access Management, ensuring successful collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

In Short

• Manage activities related to system testing in Identity Access Management.
• Lead multiple projects with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Owners, Development, and Operations teams.
• Participate in hiring, training, and employee appraisal processes.
• Assist in developing QA best practices and standards.
• Author selenium test scripts for UI test automation.
• Understand and implement CI/CD processes.
• Design and execute testing of systems for reliability and security.
• Maintain internal control standards and address risk-related issues.
• Perform afterhours assignments and support on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in functional and nonfunctional software testing techniques.
• Familiarity with QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Test Automation development preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile software development framework.
• Ability to work under aggressive timelines.
