Commercial Equipment Finance Business Analyst III - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for providing support to Commercial Equipment Finance origination requests, customer services, reporting, and post-closing processes for sales representatives and internal partners.

In Short

• Coordinate with Equipment Finance Representatives and bank regions.
• Manage portfolio administration including nCino input and post-closing tasks.
• Perform performance analytics and reporting.
• Ensure proper input of lease/loan products in various systems.
• Assist with product modifications and post-closing requests.
• Monitor collateral exceptions and work independently or in teams.
• Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
• Maintain internal control standards and implement audit points.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in operational, business analytics, finance, or accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
