Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional with excellent interpersonal skills to identify new sales opportunities and grow our existing customer base in Northern Ontario.

In Short

  • Present and sell customs brokerage and freight forwarding services.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members.
  • Track sales leads and customer interactions using SugarCRM.
  • Complete RFP/RFQ requests for clients.
  • Travel within Northern Ontario for meetings and tradeshows.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in customs brokerage and logistics.
  • Bachelor’s or college degree preferred.
  • CCS/CTCS Designation preferred.
  • Motivated and target-driven with a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create tailored presentations.
  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology.
  • Experience with ITMR4 brokerage software preferred.
  • Proficiency in SugarCRM and Google platforms.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products.
