Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all activities to successfully onboard participants onto Manifest MedEx (MX) services, engaging end users and technical staff from participant organizations.

In Short

• Serve as the ambassador of MX with prospective and signed participants
• Convey the value of the applicable MX services to participants
• Perform necessary orientation and data gathering activities
• Drive all project activities to ensure requirements and schedules are met
• Plan and execute project scope, objectives, requirements, budget, and timeline
• Manage stakeholders including clients, users, developers, testers, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines
• Identify and manage resolution for project issues
• Ensure quality standards are met through testing and quality assurance
• Document work performed on project activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
• 3+ years in health information technology project-related activities
• Working understanding of HIPAA regulations and HIE concepts
• Experience with Salesforce and Atlassian Jira
• Experience interacting with hospital IT teams and leadership
• Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience
• Customer-first attitude and high-performance driven individual
• Knowledge of hospital computer systems and EMRs
• Strong attention to detail with project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
