Personal Assistant to Management (m/f/d) - Full Time - Remote

InvestDubai expands our portfolio with a clear focus on internationalization, enabling real estate agents from the DACH region to easily and professionally enter the real estate market of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

As a direct assistant to management, you will work closely with the two CEOs, support key tasks, and gain deep insights into all areas of a dynamically growing start-up—from strategy to product development, as well as international business trips and events. Your contribution helps us implement our high standards of efficiency, creativity, and customer orientation in daily practice.

In Short

• Coordinate communication with business partners, clients, and service providers.
• Draft, prepare, and respond to emails on behalf of management.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events (both offline and online).
• Structure and optimize internal processes and create clear documentation.
• Organize and provide training materials, contracts, and certificates.
• Book flights, hotels, and restaurants with a focus on membership programs.

Requirements

• Digital native with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, ChatGPT, etc.
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.
• Communicative personality with an open approach to people.
• Proactive problem solver with a focus on solutions.
• Willing to work outside regular hours when necessary.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
