The Data Analyst will turn behavioral data, campaign performance metrics, and engagement signals into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy, audience growth, and product innovation.

• Analyze user behavior data to understand physician engagement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports monitoring KPIs.
• Perform deep-dive analysis into campaign effectiveness.
• Support A/B testing initiatives with insights and recommendations.
• Assist in building behavioral models with the data science team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and interpret findings.
• Support data integrity across marketing technology platforms.
• Present findings to non-technical audiences clearly and visually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2+ years in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic understanding of dbt for data transformations.
• Proficiency in BI/visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Attention to detail and ownership for delivering high-quality outputs.
• Creativity and curiosity in problem-solving and data storytelling.
