Overview

This internship position focuses on supporting operational teams in adopting problem-solving tools and accelerating the implementation of standards aimed at reducing daily irritants.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bac +5) in engineering, management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital tools, especially MS365 (Excel, PowerBI).
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and propose initiatives.
• Willingness to engage with teams and understand their challenges.
• Dynamic and proactive attitude.
