In Short

• Provide individual DBT and DBT skills groups via live video to adult clients.
• Assign DBT-relevant digital lessons and assessments to enhance learnings.
• Work collaboratively with a team of licensed clinicians for 24/7 support.
• Attend weekly consultation team meetings and one-on-one consultations.
• Deliver culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and continual learning for professional improvement.
• Engage in robust training to enhance clinical skills.
• Comfortable working with clients presenting high-risk behaviors.
• Willingness to obtain cross-licensing as needed.
• Experience in telehealth therapy services preferred.

Requirements

• PSYPACT eligibility and preference for current PSYPACT authorization.
• PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted license without disciplinary action.
• Minimum one year experience providing comprehensive DBT.
• DBT-LBC certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with telehealth therapy services preferred.
• Literacy in computer and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype).
