Overview

The Senior Director of Engineering Delivery will lead and scale the Mosaic engineering and delivery organization, overseeing the development, integration, and delivery of Lynx’s core RTOS, hypervisor, and embedded solutions.

• Lead engineering teams for development and delivery of Mosaic platform.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of customer-facing and internal delivery commitments.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Partner with Program Management and Product teams for roadmap execution.
• Establish delivery frameworks and KPIs for executive visibility.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate strategic objectives.
• Drive engineering transformation initiatives for efficiency and scalability.
• Represent Mosaic engineering in executive forums and key customer engagements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience delivering DO-178C capabilities and certifications.
• Deep technical background in embedded systems, RTOS, and hypervisors.
• Proven success delivering complex software products on time.
• Strong track record of implementing engineering best practices.
• Demonstrated success as a leader in a collaborative culture.
