In Short

• Develop and implement AI-based solutions.
• Work on telephone robots for scheduling, customer satisfaction analysis, and collection.
• Automate process checks and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Implement AI-supported marketing for lead generation and online sales.
• Integrate and automate various operational systems.
• Advise management on strategic digitalization issues.
• Work with ERP-CRM systems, accounting software, and Microsoft 365 products.
• Build and maintain interfaces (APIs) and automation tools.
• Collaborate on AI and advertising projects with external service providers.
• Foster a structured, creative, and independent working style.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in artificial intelligence, automation, and data integration.
• Experience in programming and using voice or chatbots.
• Practical knowledge in linking IT systems.
• Technical understanding of processes in sales, service, and organization.
• Ability to quickly adapt to existing workflows and proactively improve them.
• Marketing affinity regarding online marketing and social media.
