In Short

• Be responsible for the design of desktop and mobile applications.
• Improve the UX/UI of applications.
• Transform design challenges into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity designs.
• Focus on perfect information architecture.
• Gather insights from customer interviews and product analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers on design implementation.
• Check and provide feedback on implemented designs.
• Work closely with a team of product managers and developers.
• Occasionally assist with website and marketing designs.
• Manage part-time freelancers for additional design support.

Requirements

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
• Not located in Germany.
• 3+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI or Product designer.
• Strong knowledge in designing software and mobile apps.
• Analytical and logical thinker with a hands-on mentality.
• Detail-oriented and creative with an aesthetic eye.
• Excellent communication skills for ideas and design rationale.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work autonomously.
