Mid-Level PLG Product Designer - Remote

Lucidya is on a mission to transform how businesses grow by putting Product-Led Growth (PLG) at the heart of our SaaS strategy. We are building a self-serve product experience that empowers users to onboard seamlessly, discover value faster, and adopt features with minimal friction.

We’re looking for a PLG Product Designer to craft delightful, data-informed self-serve experiences that increase adoption, activation, and retention.

In Short

• Design onboarding flows, dashboards, landing pages, and in-app guidance that reduce friction and drive engagement.
• Partner closely with PMs, Analysts, Engineers, and PMMs to create seamless PLG journeys.
• Build reusable UI components and ensure design system consistency across modules.
• Create persona-driven and contextual UX that makes product adoption effortless.
• Contribute to Lucidya’s growth experiments with UX tailored to activation and conversion.

Requirements

• Experience in designing smooth, intuitive, and inclusive user experiences.
• Ability to design onboarding flows, interactive checklists, modals, and tooltips.
• Experience building reusable UI components for banners, dashboards, and popups.
• Capability to create persona-driven adaptive dashboards informed by data and user feedback.
• Experience in crafting embedded help, microinteractions, and visual feedback.
• Collaboration skills on trial, upgrade, and pricing page UX to improve conversions.
• Knowledge of WCAG/ARIA standards and multilingual support.
• Experience maintaining and evolving design systems for scalability and consistency.
