• Lead the development of new features and core improvements on our Flutter app.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, designers, and product leads to bring user-centric ideas to life.
• Own app architecture and ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Identify bottlenecks, refactor legacy code, and optimize performance.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing strategies, and technical decisions across the mobile team.
• Stay up-to-date with mobile and Flutter trends to continuously evolve our tech stack.

Requirements

• Experience with Flutter and mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of app architecture and performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in code reviews and technical decision-making.
