In Short

• Looking for outpatient therapists to provide quality care.
• Must be LCSW, LISCW, or LMHC licensed.
• Work primarily with youth clients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans.
• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Respond to mental health crises.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate clients and families about mental health.
• Hybrid work location (in-person/remote).

Requirements

• Must have LCSW, LISCW, LMHC, or a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with mental health laws and ethics.
• Empathetic and dedicated to client care.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must pass a CORI check.
• Experience with specific populations is preferred.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
