Overview

The Customer Training Specialist will join Loopio’s Customer Education Team to facilitate and design training materials that enable customers for success through onboarding and training.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Loopio’s products and services.
  • Keep Customer Education content accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience across various tools.
  • Manage and record customer live training webinar attendance.
  • Leverage Learning Management System for tracking and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to update training resources.
  • Seek expertise from the RFX community for customer sharing.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand customer training needs.

Requirements

  • Background in adult education, training, or communications.
  • Experience with educational tools like course authoring and video editing.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, including spelling and grammar.
  • Passion for teaching and ensuring documentation is in place.
  • Desire to complete tasks thoroughly and correctly.
  • Ability to identify opportunities in challenges.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members.
