In Short

Hiring for Machine Learning Researchers within the fundamental modelling team.
Focus on improving predictive power of models based on historical event data.
Work closely with CEO, CTO, and Team Lead to design, test, and implement new models.
Involvement in all aspects of the R&D process.
High level of autonomy to research methods suited to problems.
Strong mathematical understanding of Machine Learning and core statistics required.
Experience in research on cutting-edge models preferred.
Hybrid working model with office days in London.
Open to applicants across a range of experience levels.
Interview process includes technical interview and assessment day.

Requirements

Experience in Machine Learning and statistical analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
Interest in sports betting or horse racing is a plus but not required.
