• Supporting learners and tutors on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
• Troubleshooting access and technical issues.
• Invigilating exams both remotely and in person (classroom).
• Ensuring awarding body protocols and internal standards are met.
• Performing quality assurance checks and tracking learner progress.
• Collaborating with tutors, customer operations, and awarding organisations.
• Providing top-tier customer service via phone, email, and LMS systems.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel across the UK for training sessions and in person exam moderation.
• Experience in quality assurance and customer service.
• Proficiency in using virtual learning environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
