Sales Assistant (100% Remote, Midijob / Working Student)

We are a young company from Frankfurt am Main that develops innovative solutions for the secure storage of smartphones. We offer solutions for schools and businesses to reduce distractions from smartphones and create digital quiet zones. In Short

• Responding to incoming inquiries from schools and companies
• Creating offers, maintaining customer data, and following up on open transactions
• Customer support from the first inquiry to closure
• Developing ideas to raise awareness of LOCKSTA among schools
• Organizing product samples, follow-up actions, and feedback
• Supporting the further development of our sales processes and templates

Requirements

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good English or Spanish language skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, friendly and reliable
• Independent, structured working style with attention to detail
• Proficient in using email, phone, and basic CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Weclapp)
• Initial experience in sales, customer service, or the education sector is desirable
