Overview

Local Crafts Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our company and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards.

In Short

• Fully Remote / Full Time
• Entering the day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Manage sales tax software and ensure tax returns are filed.
• Reconcile and complete monthly and annual closing procedures.
• Run weekly reports and KPI calculations.
• Post trade show sales and reconcile cash.
• Work with other departments to resolve accounting related issues.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
