Overview

The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for generating residential mortgage loan production through developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and guiding customers through the home loan process.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mortgage prospects.
• Conduct borrower consultations to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of mortgage origination or sales experience preferred.
• Active NMLS registration or ability to obtain it.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and loan processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files independently.
• Established referral network.
