The Proposal Designer plays a key role in creating visually compelling proposal documents that effectively communicate key messages and align with client expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing proposal documents or visual concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic knowledge of design tools.
• Initial experience in using modern technologies for design tasks.
• Strong ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
• Goal-oriented, creative, flexible, and resilient.
• Excellent written communication skills and fluency in English and German.
