Senior Data Analyst – CRM & Personalization - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst – CRM & Personalization who will analyze data, test new solutions, and support decision-making in the area of personalization and the effectiveness of promotional activities.

In Short

• Design and implement ETL processes, including creating data pipelines and automating information processing.
• Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and promotional mechanisms in the mobile application.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and optimize promotional strategies.
• Monitor user behavior and identify areas for optimization to increase engagement.
• Segment customers and tailor offers based on behavioral patterns.
• Create advanced analyses to support business decisions using analytical techniques.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and advanced analytics.
• Degree in a data-related field such as mathematics, econometrics, or computer science.
• Experience working with events in mobile or web applications.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in GCP, especially BigQuery.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and M.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English for effective communication.
• Self-motivated and well-organized.
