An exciting job role has recently become available in Wrexham. They are looking for a new member for their Leave Care Team.

In Short

• Mentoring best practices and other Social Workers within the team.
• Focus on effective transitions for young people aged 15 to 18.
• Support young people to develop confidence and life skills.
• Help young people feel secure and respect their wishes.
• Provide a quality social work service that supports children.
• Manage a number of young people to achieve the best outcomes.
• Demonstrate a commitment to corporate parenting.
• Work in partnership with children and young people.
• Identify needs and develop plans to meet those needs.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
