• Responsible for creating actionable plans and owning execution against those plans.
• Develop strategies for diversifying member investments.
• Implement and oversee Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or investment products.
• Proficient in conducting and analyzing user research.
• Background in mobile-first products.
• Strong ability in quantitative data analysis.
• Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in fintech.
• Experience with API development.
• Knowledge of gamification strategies.
