Overview

Lingoda is looking for a Nurse or Medical Educator to validate course content and guide the teaching team in preparing international nursing professionals for the German state knowledge examination.

In Short

• Teach case discussions in a virtual classroom.
• Ensure the validity of learning content and objectives.
• Provide actionable feedback to the editorial team.
• Conduct oral and practical knowledge examinations.
• Support the Digital Education team in creating educational materials.
• Communicate with German recognition authorities.
• Fluent in German (C2+ level).
• Qualified Nurse or Medical Educator.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
• Familiarity with German nursing examination requirements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German at a native level (C2+).
• Qualified Nurse or Medical Educator.
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching preparation and execution.
• Excellent familiarity with German nursing examination requirements.
• Willingness to travel during examinations.
• Knowledge of new regulations regarding generalization for international nursing examinations.
• Ability to stay updated on laws and regulations in nursing professions.
• Experience with teaching German as a foreign language is a plus.
• Experience in pediatrics/geriatrics is advantageous.
• Highly accurate, flexible, and creative work style.
