• Join the rapidly growing Valuations & Opinions Group (VOG) as an Associate.
• Opportunity to become an expert in valuations, fairness, and solvency opinions.
• Prepare and review financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses.
• Write and review valuation reports and board presentations.
• Coordinate engagements with team members and provide oversight to analysts.
• Interact with clients and prepare deliverables.
• Track capital markets and analyze changes.
• Prepare marketing materials for potential client meetings.
• Support senior members of the Valuations & Opinions Group.
• Work in a hybrid structure with in-office collaboration.

Requirements

• Excellent analytic foundation with advanced understanding of financial statements.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Effective organizational skills and aptitude to manage people and work products.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with clients.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in valuations or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a top-tier institution.
• Active CPA and/or CFA Level I preferred but not required.
