Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in game development, 5+ in Unity.
• Strong Unity and C# skills.
• Experience shipping live service games for mobile.
• Ability to work within large Unity codebases.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of features.
• Strong understanding of Unity's architecture and best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese preferred.
• Knowledge of backend technologies like GoLang and SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
