Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in game development.
• 5+ years working with Unity.
• Strong skills in Unity and C#.
• Experience shipping live service games targeting mobile.
• Ability to work within a large Unity codebase.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of features.
• Strong understanding of Unity’s architecture and best practices.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese preferred.
• Knowledge of backend technologies like GoLang, Redis, SQL, and Docker is a plus.
