Overview

The Production Strategist at LILT will provide expertise and consultation to partners and customers, driving successful onboarding for complex localization programs while managing stakeholder relationships and performance metrics.

• Consult with Enterprise customers to align SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead implementation of localization processes and systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years managing Enterprise-level localization programs.
• Experience in customer onboarding.
• Ability to lead large-scale localization programs.
• Experience in Risk Management and CAPA procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
