Business Systems Architect - Remote

Overview

LILT is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Systems Architect to lead our technology strategy and oversee the implementation of key systems. This is a critical role that will shape LILT's technology landscape and ensure our systems are scalable, robust, and aligned with our business goals.

In Short

• Part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Lead the implementation of a new CPQ and billing system.
• Optimize existing systems like Salesforce, JIRA, and NetSuite.
• Ensure data integrity and develop strategies for data warehousing.
• Provide technical leadership and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with a focus on SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, NetSuite, and modern billing platforms.
• Experience with data integration platforms and API-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
