The Project Coordinator, Production ensures successful language quality execution across a portfolio of accounts while providing back-office support in a specific timezone to enable 24/5 production delivery.

• Execute administrative production tasks as delegated by Production team members.
• Provide necessary status updates and handovers to Production Managers/Leads.
• Maintain and exceed performance against KPIs including quality and on-time delivery.
• Work under the supervision of a Project Manager or Lead.
• Support a portfolio of accounts in language quality execution.
• Work in a specific timezone to enable 24/5 production delivery.
• Proficient in English at a professional level.
• Experience in translation, project management, or localization activities.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
