Support BCBA - Fully Remote

Overview

The Support BCBA is a supplemental position that provides assistance in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. This role is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by LAC.

In Short

• Assist with providing supervision to RBTs via Microsoft Teams
• Assist with billable hours by providing Telehealth services to clients
• Collaborate with in-center clinicians regarding program modifications
• Complete daily documentation of supervision and billable hours
• Stay updated on current empirically validated studies
• Maintain outside training certifications (CPR, First Aid)
• Work effectively with all members of the clinical team

Requirements

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
