Remote Support BCBA

Overview

The Support BCBA is a supplemental position that provides assistance in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. This role is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by LAC.

In Short

• Assist with providing supervision to RBTs via Microsoft Teams
• Provide Telehealth services to clients
• Assist Junior Program Managers with caseload management
• Complete documentation of supervision and billable hours
• Collaborate with in-center clinicians
• Stay updated on current studies
• Maintain all outside training certifications
• Work effectively with clinical team members

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in behavior analysis
• Active BCBA credential
• Eligible to supervise RBTs
