Overview

The Lifeway Internship Program is a unique opportunity designed to provide college students and recent graduates with a valuable learning experience that fosters growth both professionally, personally, and spiritually. Our internships go far beyond "busy work"—you’ll engage in meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and be empowered to make an impact. Interns at Lifeway receive professional development, have opportunities for exposure to senior leaders, and benefit from mentoring relationships with experts in their chosen field.

In Short

• This internship develops podcast content building and production skills.
• Interns will contribute to Lifeway's mission through podcast content.
• Compensation includes a competitive hourly pay rate.
• Interns work an average of 32 hours per week, primarily from Tuesday to Thursday.
• Program duration is from June 1 to August 14, 2026.
• Weekly professional development sessions are provided.
• This is a remote position with required in-person attendance in Nashville.
• Applications are due by December 31.
• Interviews begin as soon as possible, with selections finalized by April 1.

Requirements

• Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Must have completed at least two years of study by the internship start date.
• Recent graduates (December 2025 or May 2026) are also eligible.
• Strong creative and innovative skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and execute multiple projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of podcasts is required.
• Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church.
