Founder in Residence - Forest Investment Startup - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a co-founder with responsibility, vision, and attitude to build a forest investment startup that enables investments in sustainable forestry, CO₂ compensation, and nature-based ownership models.

In Short

• Develop a viable forest investment model with digital components and real land connection.
• Examine and develop cooperation and participation models (cooperatives, direct investments, tokenization, etc.).
• Conduct market and customer analyses, build a prototype, and test demand, platform, and processes.
• Collaborate with partners to create a legal, operational, and sales blueprint.
• Act as a co-founder with options for participation, responsibility, and management.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and real values.
• Experience in developing or scaling business models (e.g., startups, platforms, impact ventures).
• Interest in topics such as regenerative forestry, CO₂ certificates, land management, or ESG investments.
• Willingness to take responsibility from idea to implementation.
• Ideally, experience in finance, environmental law, or rural real estate development.
