• Contributing to the onboarding process for new employees at local and global levels
• Assisting in the preparation and creation of employment contracts
• Supporting administrative HR work and operational employee support in Germany and worldwide
• Creating reports, statistics, and personnel analyses
• Drafting decision templates in PowerPoint
• Assisting with compliance cases alongside Internal Audit
• Creating employment references in collaboration with departments
• Employee communication in German and English
• Involvement in various HR projects in an international environment

Requirements

• Enrolled in a business or social sciences program with a focus on HR
• Ideally, some experience in the HR field
• Enjoy working with people
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
