Overview

This position seeks a junior individual to assist a content creator with digital marketing tasks and content operations. It's an ideal opportunity for students or early-stage profiles who want to learn from within how to manage a growing personal brand and execute daily social media tasks.

In Short

• Conduct online research and seek suppliers/partners.
• Support in organizing content (calendars, files, titles, versions).
• Basic translations between Spanish and English.
• Upload and schedule videos across various platforms/accounts.
• Collect metrics and simple reports (views, retention, saves, etc.).
• Light administrative tasks related to marketing.
• Estimated dedication: 4-6 hours weekly.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing/Communication/Advertising or similar.
• Very organized, quick, and detail-oriented.
• Good writing skills and ability to organize information.
• Proactive: able to progress without constant supervision.
• Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram/YouTube.
• Valuable: experience with CapCut/Canva.
