Lendi Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Growth Product team, focusing on optimizing key areas of our website and enhancing user journeys.

In Short

• Conduct in-depth analysis and requirements gathering sessions.
• Create and manage detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Provide BAU support, including helpdesk ticket analysis and resolution.

Requirements

• Demonstrated end-to-end Business Analyst experience within Agile Scrum teams.
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
• Strong blend of technical and business BA skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail in reviewing UI designs.
• Understanding of digital product design and frontend/backend connectivity.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
• Desirable: Understanding of the home loan application lifecycle.
