Recoveries Agent (Autolend) - Remote

Overview

The Recoveries Agent will be responsible for completing a wide range of administrative activities within strict timescales to meet the needs of our customers and third-party suppliers, playing a crucial role in asset management and ensuring the timely retrieval of vehicles.

In Short

• Respond to inbound customer and supplier communications.
• Initiate outbound communications to recovery agents.
• Evaluate customers’ financial circumstances and recommend solutions.
• Follow company policies and legal regulations.
• Review accounts for placement with third-party suppliers.
• Issue Statutory Notices to customers.
• Deal with accounts where vehicles have been seized.
• Complete administrative tasks for efficient operations.
• Ensure customers are treated fairly.
• Support the wider team and lead in the manager's absence.

Requirements

• Previous recoveries experience in motor finance preferred.
• Experience managing processes and speaking to external parties.
• Good understanding of departmental procedures and systems.
• Logical approach to evaluate situations and select solutions.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Resilient and calm under pressure.
• Accountability for high-quality output.
• Adaptable communication skills.
