Overview

As a Senior Finance Manager at lemon.markets, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the Finance function, collaborating with various teams to ensure the success of investment product launches.

In Short

Manage and optimize Finance processes, especially in Accounting and Regulatory Reporting.
Collaborate with the Head of Finance on special projects.
Work with the Management Team to build and monitor the annual financial plan.
Support product work by defining requirements and testing.
Act as a point of contact for external auditors.
Foster knowledge-sharing with the Product Development team.

Requirements

Experience in the financial sector or technology sector.
Strong background in Finance with at least five years of experience.
Ability to build up a function from scratch.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a startup or lean organization.
Ownership mentality and intrinsic motivation.
